Same Old Problem for New-Look Mavericks

A few off-season moves can dramatically alter an NBA team's ability to attack the basket. That's what the Mavericks were hoping this summer, and that's what we saw Tuesday night.

Too bad the team that, for one night, made all the right moves was the Washington Wizards.

There are at least two pieces of good news to be gained from a season-opening 102-91 loss at home to a team that lost 63 games last season.
