Beyond the attire, this was a statement game for UT. After near-misses against Florida and Alabama, the Vols proved they can close the deal against a quality opponent.Meanwhile, who was that guy in the Steve Spurrier mask? UT's long-time nemesis was no threat whatsoever on this evening. With a butter-fingered offense and a defense that put up only token resistance in the first quarter, Spurrier was just another coach.
