Bengals Inspired by Chris Henry

On first inspection, the ritual Sunday morning questions are mindless and unintentionally insensitive: How do you think the Bengals will do today?

How will they do? Does it matter?

Chris Henry is dead. Vikki Zimmer is dead. A tsunami shattered American Samoa, ancestral home to four Bengals players. Random acts of tragedy, sad and inexplicable. How will the Bengals do? It doesn't matter.

But it does. It matters a great deal. Win or lose. Team Tragedy takes another crack at flexing its heart. "This one's for Chris,'' Bobbie Williams said this week. "No question.''
