Signing Boozer Gives Bulls Shot at James

Depending on what LeBron James announces tonight, the Bulls still can hit a home run in free agency this summer. But by locking up power forward Carlos Boozer, they ensured they won't strike out.

According to a source close to the situation, the Bulls reached a verbal agreement Wednesday with Boozer on a five-year deal in the $75 million to $80 million range.
