No one's mad yet. No one's concerned yet.
But when the Lions opened training camp Saturday with the appropriate mix of caution and modest optimism, Ndamukong Suh should have been there. There's no need to point any blame (yet), but this is yet another example of why the NFL is spinning toward a labor lockout in 2011.
It's ridiculous, really, that Suh's agent, Eugene Parker, and the Lions were quibbling still over whether the No. 2 overall pick should get $40 million in guaranteed money, or maybe $42 million, or maybe more.
