On Thursday at the Players Championship, Tiger Woods played in his first tournament since the Masters, and the buzz had started. He was the favorite in Las Vegas. He said he thought he could win this week. He was back, and no matter the event, when Tiger is in the field, everyone perks up.
But the return only lasted nine holes. Tiger was 6-over going out, and he never came back in, withdrawing for the second straight year at the Players Championship, and raising a million questions about his future in this game. I figured we'd knock out a few of those questions right now.
