LeBron James is a better player than Dirk Nowitzki.
He is.
No argument.
But that's not the point right now. The point, for purposes of discussion Heat fans, is this: Would you trade James to the Mavericks for Nowitzki for the remainder of the NBA Finals?
Don't gag.
Because the bottom-line and simplistic explanation is that the best-of-seven series is tied at two wins apiece primarily because Nowitzki has been great while James has not.
It's true that Nowitzki carries more scoring responsibilities as Dallas' unquestioned star compared to James' role in Miami's ensemble that includes Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.
