His body moved slowly and gingerly, each step appearing to take as much deliberate effort as the next. Brett Favre didn’t look like a man capable of returning to the NFL on Friday.
He doesn’t sound like one, either.
“I haven’t heard anything, and I don’t have any interest,” Favre snapped, quickly retreating into a pickup truck. “No.”
Favre, who participated in a team football picture at Oak Grove High School on Friday evening only a few miles from his sprawling ranch, was not interested in entertaining a reporter’s inquiry about the possibility of playing for the Dolphins.
