They went back and forth over three playoff holes Sunday before Fred Couples one-upped John Cook to win the Constellation Energy Senior Players Championship at Westchester Country Club.

It was the 51-year-old golfer's first victory in a major Champions Tour tournament.

Couples followed up a nearly perfect approach onto the 17th green with a 3-foot birdie to grab the crystal trophy, along with $405,000.
