The Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Angels always have tangled for their share of the Southern California fan base.

It never really has been much of a battle, though. The Dodgers always have been the team with the monstrous fan base, while the Angels have had pockets of loyalty outside of Anaheim but few in the Los Angeles area.
