The heavy snow blanketing the area and snarling traffic wasn't the only reminder of Chicago for the former members of the Blackhawks now playing for the Panthers.

The 2010 Stanley Cup championship banner hanging from the United Center rafters represented the journey Kris Versteeg, John Madden, Tomas Kopecky, Brian Campbell and Jack Skille of the Panthers took with the remaining Hawks from that squad to bring an NHL title to the city for the first time in 49 years.
