There’s a good chance rookie starting point guard Brandon Knight would be in the lineup when the Pistons travel to New Jersey on Wednesday.
Knight had his broken nose reset today and was scheduled to be fitted for a mask Monday, meaning he’ll likely miss the team’s practice.
The rookie point guard played just 5:09 of the first quarter against New Orleans Saturday night before taking a shot to the nose from former Piston DaJuan Summers.
If all goes well, the Pistons expect Knight to be at Tuesday’s practice and be ready to face the Nets on Wednesday.
