The last numeral Duke freshman Austin Rivers saw was a “2.” He knew it was time. He knew his options were dwindling. He was content with that, because it was fairly obvious this knowledge was unavailable to North Carolina’s Tyler Zeller.
It was almost unfair, if you think about it. Rivers had control of the ball, control of the game, control of the entire college basketball universe at that moment. He would decide what was the right time, the right maneuver.
