Mavericks Retain Edge on Clippers

It was a Monday night, nasty outside by Texas standards, yet despite those conditions the Mavericks did not even need to fudge the numbers to announce a real sellout.

The surest sign the end of the world is finally coming to an NBA arena near you, said sellout was for the Los Angeles Clippers.

Smart crowd. With CP3 and Blake Superior, Lob City makes the Clippers a finer ticket than the Lakers.

The Clippers are easily the most watchable team in the NBA, including the Heat. The Clips are young, fast, and unfairly athletic.

They are also not quite as good as the Mavs because they are very much like Blake Griffin -- they have not quite figured it out.
