That offensively-challenged Wisconsin kept scoring in the final minutes Sunday was a little bit surprising.
That No. 9 Ohio State went down in a 63-60 loss at home to the Badgers, who had struggled on the road all year and were coming off a loss at Iowa 65 hours earlier, was a shocker.
What's downright alarming is that people in the Ohio State locker room saw it coming.
The Buckeyes weren't exactly blindsided by the fact they delivered another flat performance, showing little energy and seeming distant despite leading for most of the game. Coach Thad Matta said he kicked his players out of practice on Saturday and took that as a sign of things to come.
"We play like we practice," Matta said.
