NHL Wasting Golden Opportunity

Is there much to add here to the outstanding piece by our Jesse Spector from Monday, in which he took the NHL to the woodshed for all the thuggery of the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs, the horrible officiating that’s supplementing it, and the league office’s brain-dead handling of it all?

Just one thing, and just because the play that epitomizes what these playoffs have been allowed to become only took place Monday night.
