Here’s a question to ponder as the Royals wait to play the finale of their opening 10-game home stand on Monday night. How do you see the Royals’ 10-game losing streak? If you’re an eternal optimist, maybe you still see it as some ultra-fluky combination of average team, bad luck and horrible timing. The Royals may be a few moves — and a few pitchers — from being competitive. But they can’t be this bad, can they?
