The first thing was to locate the visitors’ clubhouse. Jose Reyes had pondered the more significant parts of Tuesday -- greeting former teammates, watching the video tribute, wondering if he would hear either boos or cheers.

He did not, however, think to ask for directions to other locker room, and this was the first issue that confronted him during an emotionally loaded day and night at Citi Field.

“I was kind of lost,” Reyes said.
