Butler's Unlikely Hero Stuns Indiana

NDIANAPOLIS — The guy whose shot felled a giant Saturday, the 5-foot-11 guard with the muted voice, just wants to coach. Alex Barlow is at Butler to learn from Brad Stevens. He's not on scholarship and he played two games of AAU ball in his life. He was, however, a pretty good shortstop at one point.

"Not in my wildest dreams did I really think that would be reality," Barlow said after his floater touched every part of the rim and fell through in overtime at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the game-winning score in an 88-86 upset of No. 1 Indiana in the Crossroads Classic opener.
