Ryan Lochte won five gold medals at the short-course world championships in Istanbul but he'll be returning to the United States with a more modest medal count.

That's because Lochte handed out some of his medals from the meet to Turkish children. It's a gesture he's made before at non-Olympic meets, but always feels generous nonetheless.
