Rex Ryan has been put on notice. He’s the next to go, a move that by this time next year, after another humiliating season, will surely be considered an act of kindness by Woody Johnson.
Johnson fired GM Mike Tannenbaum on Monday after too many bad personnel decisions and too many bad contracts led to too many humiliating losses and too many empty seats. Ryan, not so lucky, is being forced to stay.
