Here are the biggest winners and losers coming out of the 2013 NFL Combine, which ended Tuesday:

Winners

1. Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama. Show him the money. He is a lock to be the first cornerback off the board, after his official 4.37 in the 40-yard dash. He dropped a lot of balls in Tuesday’s workouts, but corners are paid to cover, not catch. Milliner could go No. 4 to the Eagles, who might be about to dump Nnamdi Asomugha.
