Here are the biggest winners and losers coming out of the 2013 NFL Combine, which ended Tuesday:
1. Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama. Show him the money. He is a lock to be the first cornerback off the board, after his official 4.37 in the 40-yard dash. He dropped a lot of balls in Tuesday’s workouts, but corners are paid to cover, not catch. Milliner could go No. 4 to the Eagles, who might be about to dump Nnamdi Asomugha. Milliner could go No. 5 to the Lions, but he won’t be on the board past No. 10. Not only does Milliner have great ball skills, teams know he was coached well by Nick Saban. Milliner is having surgery to repair a torn labrum, but he will be ready by training camp. He will also be richer.
