What To Watch: Wednesday

by Robbie Gillies

7pm ET- ESPN – UNC @ Davidson- You've heard of Tyler Hansborough- consensus pick for Player of the Year, but you might not have heard of Stephen Curry. Curry almost single-handedly took out Maryland in the Tournament last year. He scored 30 points in that contest before fouling out in an 82-70 loss to the Terps. In Davidson's opener this year he scored 27 points on 10 of 15 shooting. It should be a good test for UNC.

9pm – ESPN – Lakers @ Rockets – This is a rematch from the 1st game of the season in which Kobe went off for 45, but the Lakers lost 95-93. Rockets and Lakers are both coming off losses and should be a good test for both teams. Should be fun to watch T-Mac vs. Kobe and how the Lakers attempt to contain Yao Ming.

10pm – HBO – Inside The NFL - Until the Thursday games kick in over Thanksgiving, this is the midweek pro football fix.

Non-sports pick 9pm – Discovery Channel – Mythbusters: "Supersized Myths" -
I don't know exactly what myths they are testing, but I'd imagine something will either explode or get crushed...maybe both.
