What To Watch: Thursday

by Robbie Gillies

7pm ET - ESPN - #3 Duke @ Virginia Tech - With UNC falling to Maryland, Duke is the only ACC team without a conference loss. Duke has struggled with Va. Tech recently. They've split the last four games.

8pm - TNT - Spurs @ Heat - The only thing the Heat have going for them in this game is that the Spurs had to play the Lakers last night and now have to travel to Miami. The Heat have lost 14 in a row and are just three games shy of a franchise record.

9pm - ESPN - Winter X Games
- Here are the events listed for tonight: Snowmobile Speed & Style Final, Ski SuperPipe Men's Final. I don't know what any of these are, but I bet they're entertaining.

9pm - ESPN2 - #10 Michigan State @ Northwestern
- Wilbon will be watching, will you? (If you watch PTI with any sort of regularity, you'd learn Wilbon is an alumnus of Northwestern).

10:30pm - Nets @ Warriors
- The Nets are allowing opponents to shoot over 50% from the field. If the Warriors shoot over 50% they will destroy the Nets who average almost 16 points less per game than the Warriors. Nets really need to clean house.

8pm - TV Land - The Jerk - One of the funniest and most underrated comedies ever. Steve Martin at his absolute best.
