As a blogger, and generally someone who likes funny things, I'm a big fan of sarcasm. And, as a general rule, when an athlete does something it's much cooler than when the average person does the same thing.
So, when Chicago Bulls guard Chris Duhon used sarcasm it pretty much made my day.
After missing the morning shootaround, Duhon was suspended. In response to the suspension, Duhon quipped, "Usually, I donít play anyway, so it doesnít have that much of an effect on me."
While this might have made my day, Duhon was fined for his comment.
GM John Paxson needs to take a page from Larry Hughes' book and lighten up. Cause, hey, winning isn't everything.
