What To Watch: Wednesday

by Robbie Gillies

7pm ET - ESPN - Hornets @ Mavericks - If the Mavs win this game, it will be a playoff preview. If the Mavs lose, they will face the Lakers in the first round. The Mavericks have won 12 straight at home against the Hornets.

7pm - ESPN2 - Red Sox @ Yankees
- These two are playing again?? Chien-Ming Wang takes the mound for the Yankees. Wang has allowed just 3 earned runs in 22 innings and is 3-0 on the season.

7pm - Versus - Devils @ Rangers
- Devils' Steve Valiquette had this to say about Sean Avery's antics in game three, "It worked and it's effective, but it's a gentleman's game, much like golf...Sean would have been picking his teeth up off the ice if it was me." Comparing hockey to golf? But, at least he followed it up with a very hockey-esque statement.
Rangers lead the series 2-1

9:30pm - Versus - Red Wings @ Predators
- The Red Wings had the best regular season record, but have struggled against the Predators, who will look to tie the series at two in Nashville.

9:30pm - ESPN - Jazz @ Spurs
- If the Jazz beat the Spurs, there will be a crazy four way tie for third place in the West. The result would be these two teams playing each other in the first round with the Jazz having home court advantage.

Non-sports pick - 10pm - MTV - The Real World: Hollywood - Isn't that an oxymoron? I guess The Real World has pretty much been an oxymoron from the start.
