Guide to the Olympics: August 19

With no more swimming (or Michael Phelps), track and field has become the big sport, but with everything tape-delayed, beach volleyball is the new go-to live sport for NBC. Here's whats on-tap for tonight (* denotes live event, and all times are Eastern; sorry West Coast friends):

5pm-8pm - CNBC
- Boxing - 48kg, 60kg, 81kg Quarterfinals

8pm-Midnight - NBC
- Track and Field - Gold Medal Finals: Women's 400m and 100m Hurdles, and Men's 1500m, High Jump and Discus Throw
- Gymnastics - Gold Medal Finals: Men's Parallel Bars and High Bar, and Women's Balance Beam
- Men's Beach Volleyball Semifinal - Rogers/Dalhausser (United States) vs. Geor/Gia (Georgia) (9pm)*
