October 29, 2008Roy Williams Dresses Up As Tatum Bell
by Jeff BriggsFormer Lions and current Cowboys WR Roy Williams attended Mike Furrey's charity Halloween party in Detroit. As it turns out, Williams may be a better comedian than wide receiver. His costume - Tatum Bell in a bellhop uniform.
If you recall, when the Lions signed Rudi Johnson shortly before the start of the season, they parted ways with Tatum Bell. Bell's response was to steal Johnson's luggage.
Williams completed the uniform by wearing a pair of boxer shorts outside of his pants with 'Rudi' written on the front and 'Johnson 32' on the back.
Thanks Roy, the Lions sure needed something to laugh about.
