ESPN, via ProFootballTalk, is reporting that Eagles' running back Brian Westbrook fractured two ribs in yesterday's loss to the Redskins.
The Eagles are 2-3 (last place in the NFC East) have already dropped two division games (one at home) and now might be without Westbrook for some time (they're just 3-7 without him). I don't want to say their season's over...but it's not looking good.
