Believe it or not, MLB Spring Training games start this week. For the next month, we’ll be treated to lazy afternoon split-squad games and scores from leagues with the names Grapefruit and Cactus while grown men practice things like sliding on large pieces of plastic and eating sunflower seeds.

And with every baseball player that records another round of golf in the afternoon, somewhere, an NFL lineman quietly curses under his breath.
