The RCS NBA Power Ranking Averages combine eight* other sites' power rankings to make the most balanced and unbiased grade possible, and to offer the most accurate look at the state of the NBA on a weekly basis.
The Lakers are back on top of the RCS NBA Power Ranking Averages this week. The Lakers have been ranked second for the last three weeks, prior to which they were #1 for five consecutive weeks.
Not a lot of movement in the rankings as the season winds down. The only team making any significant movement was the Grizzlies, who got out of the cellar and moved up from 30th to 25th.
Once again, the Western Conference holds seven of the top-11 spots in the rankings, a clear sign that the NBA playoffs are going to be awesome.
*Rankings from 6 of the 8 sites were posted at the time of publication. The RCS Rankings will be updated as new rankings become available.
