The RCS MLB Power Ranking Averages combine seven other sites' power rankings to make the most balanced and unbiased grade possible, and to offer the most accurate look at the state of the MLB on a weekly basis.
The Los Angeles Dodgers are the #1 team in the RCS MLB Power Ranking Averages for the 5th week in a row, and now eight of the past nine weeks.
New to the top ten this week are the Angels (up from 12th to 8th) and the Rays (up from 14th to 9th). Falling out of the top ten was the Blue Jays and the Mets, who dropped from a tie to 8th, down to 11th and 12th, respectively.
Shooting up the rankings this week is the red-hot Rockies, who climbed from 25th all the way up to 16th.
The AL East continues its dominance of the power rankings, with four teams ranked in the top 11 (2, 3, 9, and 11), with only the lowly Orioles holding them down, ranked 28th.
