The RCS MLB Power Ranking Averages combine six other sites' power rankings to make the most balanced and unbiased grade possible, and to offer the most accurate look at the state of the MLB on a weekly basis.
For the 4th week in a row (and 7 of the last 8) the LA Dodgers are the #1 team in the RCS MLB Power Ranking Averages. The Dodgers being number one is not the only thing that has remained the same in the power ranking averages. The ten teams in the top 10 remain the same for the third week in a row as well. And at the bottom, the Nationals remain the unanimous last place team.
The hottest team in the rankings this week is the Oakland A's, who moved up from 28th to 21st. The team dropping the furthest in the rankings this week is the KC Royals, who fell from 21st to 29th (so much for their early season
NL AL Central title hopes).
The AL East continues to look like the dominate division in baseball, with teams ranked 2nd, 4th, 8th, 14th, and only the Orioles holding them back, down at 27th.
