Fantasy Football's Week 11 Waiver Wire

mike goodson.jpgEvery year there are players that will not be drafted in a Fantasy Football draft that will emerge in the waiver wire to be solid additions.

That case is evident when in Week 10, my top waiver wire pickup suggestion RB Mike Goodson rushed for 100 yards and had three receptions for 13 yards.

Who is going to be the next star from the waiver wire? Well, Fantasy Owners, I have eight new options that are ready for immediate success.



Troy Smith, San Francisco 49ers

From third string to first string, Smith is leaving no questions on why he deserves to be the starter in San Francisco. He finished with a career-high 356 passing yards with one touchdown and no interceptions. He led the 49ers on a touchdown late in the fourth quarter and ended the game with a quarterback rating of 116.7.

In his first start, Smith threw for 196 yards with one touchdown and rushed for another on the ground. He has no interceptions on the season and has a completion percentage of over 60 percent.

Owned in three percent ESPN leagues and 10 percent of CBS Sportsline leagues, with Fantasy quarterbacks at a premium, Smith is a quality No. 2 for Week 11...
