Fantasy Football's Week 12 IDP Start/Sit
This really is a combined Waiver Wire and Start/Sit article. At this
point in the season, the waiver wire is pretty much picked over. You're
either looking for top players who shouldn't be on the wire but were
dropped in some desperation move by a fellow owner, or for next year's
studs who aren't yet ready for prime time. I'll be talking about this
second group of players more as the fantasy regular season winds to a
close.
Defensive Linemen to Start
Ray Edwards, Vikings - I've said it before but it's worth pointing out again - the Vikings defensive line seems to have woken up finally. Add to this a plus matchup against the Redskins and a coaching change, and that's more than enough to make Edwards a must start.
Matt Shaughnessy, Raiders - Trevor Scott is out with a torn ACL, which opens the door for Shaughnessy to be on the field more at DE for Oakland. He's already putting up decent tackle numbers for a DE in rotation, so more playing time makes him a worthy start for the rest of the season.
