Big Heads and Boeheim

Boeheim head.jpgThe great thing about college is you have way too much time on your hands. Classes are about 3 hours a day (assuming you go), actual work is maybe 2 hours per day (if you want to get pretty good grades) and even if you sleep 8 hours, that still leaves you with 9 hours left in the day (and that's not even including weekends when you have nothing to do). There's all that extra time to just sit around and think about the most ridiculous things - like, say - building a five-foot tall head of Jim Boeheim. That's what Pat Manley did. Check out this actually decent report from CitrusTV (of course, like all news packages it had to end with a super cheesy line):

Do you think his motivation for making it was his own head? The dude has a gigantic head, right? The trend does seem to be growing. First it was Boeheim, then Wesley Johnson, Bernie Fine, and 70's Boeheim joined the mix. 70's Boeheim wasn't just his head though. It was his entire body in a sweet plaid blazer.

Manley said he wants to have a whole row of heads. If he's taking suggestions, here are some I'd like to see:
-Craig Forth - His head will be about as productive as he was.
-Billy Celuk - Possibly the most awkward player in Syracuse history.
-Donovan McNabb - To remind people that Syracuse does in fact have a football team and at one point it was good.
-Julie Boeheim - You have to do something to counteract Jim's ugly mug.

Oh - and the other thing wrong with that news piece was Boeheim's quote from the press conference was taken out of context. Take a look at what he actually had to say:
