Are Keith Price And UW Ready For Prime Time?
![]()
The 5-1 Washington Huskies will take on the #8 Stanford Cardinal tonight. This game will feature two of the best QB's in the Pac-12 in Andrew Luck and Keith Price. The Washington Huskies might be a year away from reaching their full potential as one of the best teams in the Pac-12. Games against Nebraska earlier this year and tonight's game at Stanford will prepare the Huskies when they play at LSU on September 8th, 2012. This season has been a breakout year for Keith Price. Price is completing 69.4% of his passes and has thrown 21 touchdowns and only four interceptions. UW also has one of the best RB's in the country in Chris Polk (728 yards rushing). One of Keith's favorite targets on the outside is WR Jermaine Kearse. Kearse has 23 receptions and 6 TD's. Washington has the 7th ranked defense in the Pac-12 and that will be a problem against Andrew Luck. Steve Sarkisian has the Huskies going in the right direction and Washington will be competitive against the Cardinal.
