Even with Quinn, Browns not ready for prime time

It's hard to hype a "Monday Night Football" game like this one: Browns vs. Ravens, a matchup made by someone with a sense of humor. The NFL must have hired Richard Pryor or one of the Three Stooges as its scheduler, because if the league were looking for a showcase game, this one would not be it.

Now, strange things have happened under the gloom of a chilly autumn night in Cleveland. But strange might have to give way to a miracle for the Browns to win tonight.

Are you ready for football?

Yeah, but not for a game like this, and I'm a Browns fans. What must fans in the rest of the country be thinking about a game like this?

I suspect they tuned in to "Dancing With The Stars" or "Heroes."  HBO has "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2," and the Food Channel always has something more appealing, including "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dive," which should come on as the the Browns and Ravens head into the second half.

Let's see: Bad football or good eats?

I'm thinking the TV sets across the country will have switched from this game a long time before the second half starts.
