Hanley Ramirez was brought in as a pinch hitter last night with a bum leg. Good thing he only needed to trot. His two run home run in the sixth inning off of Greg Maddux tied the game. The Marlins eventually won 6-4. Usually, hamstring injuries keep players out of the lineup for more than a day. Must be nice to be Superman.

Dontrelle Willis left the team two hours before game time. He returned to South Florida to tend to a "family related matter". Willis' next start was supposed to be on Friday against the Dodgers. Right now, that's up in the air. If Willis isn't back in California by then, Rick Vanden Hurk could be called up for a spot start.
