When Machines Take Over We'll All Be This Annoyed

Calling customer service numbers has to be one of the most frustrating things ever. Aside from being on hold for hours and then having to speak to someone half a world away, it's more and more the case that you have to speak to some computerized voice with sound recognition. Ever encountered this:

VOICE: Please say the reason for calling?
ME: You're not going to understand my reason, just give me customer service.
VOICE: I'm sorry I don't understand your request. Please give me more information. You can say things like cancel service or pay bill.
ME: Just let me talk to a human! HUMAN BEING! Customer service!
