Calling customer service numbers has to be one of the most frustrating things ever. Aside from being on hold for hours and then having to speak to someone half a world away, it's more and more the case that you have to speak to some computerized voice with sound recognition. Ever encountered this:
VOICE: Please say the reason for calling?
ME: You're not going to understand my reason, just give me customer service.
VOICE: I'm sorry I don't understand your request. Please give me more information. You can say things like cancel service or pay bill.
ME: Just let me talk to a human! HUMAN BEING! Customer service!
Well, turns out I'm not the only one that gets angry when talking to a lifeless machine. Here's Chris Cooley talking back to his OnStar system:COURTESY: Official Blog Of Chris Cooley
