The NFC East holds the top-three spots in the RCS NFL Power Averages. The 4th team in the NFC East, the Redskins, are 11th. This is hardly surprising, seeing as the NFC East is 10-0 against teams outside of their own division.
Falling out of the top-ten this week are the Colts (9th to 14th) and the Patriots (5th to 13th - also the biggest drop of any team). Jumping into the top-ten are the Broncos (11th to 6th) and the Chargers (12th to 9th). As mentioned, the Patriots took the biggest fall this week after being blown out by the Dolphins; the team who took the biggest leap in the rankings this week was the Buccaneers, moving from 18th to 12th.
It took three weeks of play, but the different rankings are finally starting to be in-line with one another. However, there are still teams who the rankers have widely varying opinions on: the Chargers, Bucs, Patriots, Ravens, Vikings and Bears all have a range of over 10 spots.
The NFC East is clearly the highest ranked conference, but who is the worst? That title belongs to the lowly NFC West, with teams ranked 16th, 21st, 23rd, and 32nd.
