Oakland A's Acquire Matt Holliday
John Heyman of Sports Illustrated reports that the Oakland A's are closing in on a deal to acquire Matt Holliday from the Colorado Rockies. Holliday is due to become a free agent at the end of the 2009 season. Several teams were rumored to be targeting a trade for Holliday this off season.
