Stephon Marbury is being paid $21 million dollars by the New York Knicks this season, and has been banned from practices and games. Well, the Knicks can keep Marbury off the bench, but they can't keep him from being right next to the bench. The New York Post reports that Marbury, who is on a west-coast vacation, is considering buying courtside tickets to tonight's Lakers game, against none other than his Knicks:
Despite being banned from the Knicks, Stephon Marbury is strongly thinking about attending tonight’s game in Los Angeles against the Lakers - as a fan...
It is unclear where Marbury plans to sit at the game, but last Thursday he said he was investigating purchasing courtside seats.
I can only hope this happens, Marbury sits as close to D'Antoni as possible, and talks trash all game.
