nba%20ranks21.jpgThe RCS NBA Power Ranking Averages combine eight* other sites' power rankings to make the most balanced and unbiased grade possible, and to offer the most accurate look at the state of the NBA on a weekly basis.

Little changes again in the RCS NBA Power Rankings, as the Lakers remain the #1 team for yet another week, and only one different team entered the top ten. The Hawks climbed up to from 12th to 9th, while the Nuggets dropped from 10th to 11th.

The Knicks are the big mover of the week, rising five spots, from 22nd to 17th in the rankings. After climbing four spots last week, the Kings are back in the cellar, as the unanimously 30th ranked team.

The East has improved its overall status in the rankings this week, moving closer to conference equality, now with five of the top-12 teams, and seven of the top-15. The West still remains home for the four worst teams in the league, and six of the bottom eight.

*Rankings from 5 of the 8 sites were posted at the time of publication. The RCS Rankings will be updated as new rankings become available.
