Brett Favre Wants To Ruin Your Summer. Again.

Well, we were certainly right about the months of rumors, at least.
Yes, as you may have heard by now, Favre plans to meet with Vikings' coach Brad Childress sometime this week; in fact, maybe they already are meeting.
Just when Brett Favre looked to finally be out, the Minnesota Vikings could be pulling him back in. Citing an anonymous source "with direct knowledge of the discussions between the two parties," ESPN reported Tuesday that Favre is scheduled to meet with Vikings coach Brad Childress later this week about a possible comeback with Minnesota.I know what you're thinking: but Brett Favre said he was retired! He even texted "NO" (in all caps!) to ESPN's Trend Dilfer! Apparently, nothing is as it seems. But maybe he was just answering the question of whether or not he had a personal trainer? Ugh.Favre's agent, Bus Cook, did not immediately return a phone call to his Mississippi office left by The Associated Press.
Childress did not immediately return a message. A Vikings spokesman declined to comment on the report.
And just like that, I'm already sick of it all. Great. And only 2-3 more months of this. Hopefully Rachel Nichols packed an overnight bag.
