After the 2007 NBA Draft, Rick Morrissey of the Chicago Tribune penned a column titled, "You must be Joakim." He basically said what everyone was thinking. There was no way Noah was going to make it in the pros, and asked why the Bulls selected him with the ninth pick. He also wrote, "Please clip and save this column. If I'm wrong three years down the line about Noah I'll douse it with salsa and eat it."
Unfortunately for Morrissey, on Saturday Noah tallied 21 points, 16 rebounds, and four blocks. On Tuesday afternoon, at the team's practice, Morrissey sought out Noah, with a bowl of salsa, and remained true to his word.
