Suns Shooting Up RCS NBA Power Ranking Averages

The RCS NBA Power Ranking Averages combine six other sites' power rankings to make the most balanced and unbiased grade possible, and to offer the most accurate look at the state of the NHL on a weekly basis.

The Boston Celtics remain the No. 1 team in the RCS Power Ranking Averages for the second week in a row. Two hot teams are rising in the rankings: the Hawks climbed from 10th to into a tie for 5th, and the impressive Suns rose from 8th to 3rd, while garnering two first place rankings.

Also jumping up the rankings were the Bucks, who climbed from 22nd to 16th, and the Bulls, moving from 17th to 11th. Just as teams improved their standings in the rankings, other teams took a tumble. The Spurs dropped out of the top-10, falling from 6th to 13th, but they did not take the largest drop of the week. That distinction belonged to the Wizards, who dropped from 11th to 22nd.

At the bottom of the rankings, the winless Nets are the near-unanimous choice as the 30th ranked team, save one vote for the Knicks.
