Blackhawks Back Atop RCS NHL Power Ranking Averages

The Blackhawks are the number one team in the RCS NHL Power Ranking Averages again after a two week hiatus in which the Devils occupied the top spot. A few teams flipped spots coming in and out of the top ten. The Predators were ranked 7th last week and fell to 11th, while the Coyotes were ranked 11th and moved up to 7th. Meanwhile the Flames and Bruins swapped spots as well, with the Bruins moving up to 9th and the Flames dropping to 12th.
The Flyers have taken some steps to right the ship and have moved up from 28th to 21st in the rankings as a result. Also moving up a considerable number of spots are the Rangers, who rose from 22nd to 15th this week.
With the parity in the NHL and how tight the standings are, the rankings that one team receives fluctuates greatly from site to site as often discussed on this blog; but yet again I am surprised by an oddity in this week's rankings. The Canucks are ranked 13th overall, yet somehow received a ranking of 3rd by TSN, nine spots higher than any other site has them ranked.
