Week 13 RCS NFL Power Ranking Averages
The RCS NFL Power Ranking Averages combine eight other sites' power rankings to make the most balanced and unbiased grade possible, and to offer the most accurate look at the state of the NFL on a weekly basis.The top three in the RCS NFL Power Ranking Averages (Saints, Colts, Vikings) remain obvious and unchanged for yet another week. Overall, the rankings saw few changes as only team rose or fell more than four spots this week. The Steelers, with their third consecutive loss, fell out of the top 10, dropping from 8th to 13th.
The bottom of the rankings remain nearly as consistent as the top, with the Browns as a unanimous last place selection, and the Rams, Bucs, Lions and Raiders rounding out the rest of the bottom five.
This weeks matchup of the week takes place on Sunday night when the #3 Vikings travel to play the #7 Cardinals in Arizona.

1. AFC South - 13.5
2. NFC East - 14.35
3. AFC North - 15.0
4. AFC East - 16.66

The AFC South remains the strongest division in the power rankings, primarily because they have no really bad team (lowest ranked team are the Texans at 19th, with an 18.88 average).
