This MTV News report gives us some information in regards to the currently incarcerated rapper, Lil Wayne and his favorite football player, Brett Favre. It seems Favre is concerned with Lil Wayne's wellbeing and has him in his prayers. Apparently, the second thing Favre asked LT Bryant McKinnie (and friend of Wayne) upon his return to Vikings camp was "How's Wayne?" Favre also told McKinnie "Let [Wayne] know I been praying for him and send him my love," which brightened Wayne's spirits.

It's no secret Lil Wayne is a big sports fan. He's been on ESPN multiple times, even as a guest panelist on Around the Horn. He also made a song entirely about Kobe Bryant. We can only hope a song about Favre is in the works and that Wayne works in rhymes for gunslinger and Wranglers.
